Summary

As a Young Carer Programme Coordinator your responsibilities would include: -

• leading and coordinating services working in partnership with local schools and voluntary organisations to provide support and group activities for young carers.

• assessments, planning and facilitating workshops to improve young carers wellbeing and confidence building.
