Summary

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping and strengthening change delivery across a business with an ambitious transformation agenda?

At Golden Charter, we're looking for a

PMO, Governance & Risk Lead to provide oversight, insight and assurance across our portfolio of strategic change initiatives. This is a highly visible role at the heart of our Change function, working closely with senior leaders to ensure investments are governed effectively, risks are understood and decisions are informed by clear, evidence-based reporting.

You'll have the opportunity to influence how change is delivered across the organisation, driving improvements in governance, reporting, assurance and risk management. Working as part of the Change leadership team, you'll help create a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement while providing a single, coherent view of portfolio performance.
