Summary
The post holder will provide clinical support across Croydon PICU and the Croydon Home Treatment Team, including reviewing patients, attending ward rounds and team meetings, completing risk assessments, developing care plans, monitoring physical health, and liaising with GPs and other professionals. They will also keep accurate clinical records, make safeguarding referrals where needed, and contribute to audit, quality improvement, teaching, research, clinical governance, appraisal, CPD and mandatory training.
