We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to support our service users across North West London. If you’re reliable, empathetic and committed to delivering high-quality care, we’ll provide the training and ongoing support you need to thrive in your role.

Role Responsibilities
As a registered nurse for HASCS you will:
Support your service user with their physical care needs, including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
Deliver person-centered care according to bespoke care plans.
Promote independence and respect each service users spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.
Maintain accurate care records.
Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.
Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
