Summary
Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of temporary Customer Support Administrator based Hillington, Glasgow. Temporary initially until Christmas, with the potential to become permanent
£13.50 per hour
Our client is currently exploring two options for this role — either one full-time person or two part-time people, so there is good flexibility around the working pattern.
Possible hours could include:
Full time – 8am or 9am until 4pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break
Condensed option – around 10am–3pm
Part time – 9am–1pm or 12pm–4pm across five days
This role would suit someone who is confident using systems, organised and comfortable managing customer queries and orders.
Duties will include:
Using an ecommerce platform
Dealing with customer emails and general enquiries
Updating and tracking customer orders
Supporting customer accounts and account management activity
General administration and system updates
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with systems, organised, customer-focused and able to manage a busy workload.
Salary: From £13.00 per hour depending on experience.
