Class 2 Drivers needed TEMP-PERM - Coventry

£44,000 - 46,300 Salary

Monday to Friday | 06:00 starts

Weekend & extra shifts available during peak periods - paid at Time & a half.

Monthly Bonuses of £200 and overtime available at Time & a half.

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for an established operation based in Coventry.

This is a hands-on driving role suited to drivers who are comfortable working outdoors, dealing with changing conditions and getting involved with the physical side of the job when required.

The work involves local collections and deliveries using specialist vehicles and equipment

Training will be provided and is paid.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a hands-on Class 2 role is advantageous

• A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

• Physically capable of getting in and out of the cab frequently throughout the day

• Good communication and customer-facing skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Someone who isn't easily deterred by a busy, physical or outdoor working environment

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday

• 06:00 start

• £44,000 a year + bonuses and extra time

• Weekend / additional shifts paid at Time & a Half

• Occasional Bank Holiday cover may be required

• Monthly Bonus of £200

A £200 monthly bonus is available, based on:

• Service & communication

• Driving/operational infringements

• Attendance and reliability
