Summary

Lewis Davey is recruiting a Land Consents Officer / Surveyor to work on power and rail infrastructure projects across Yorkshire and the North.

You’ll help secure the land access and consents needed to carry out surveys and progress projects. A large part of the role involves speaking with landowners and occupiers, understanding their concerns and finding practical ways forward while keeping project teams informed.

What you’ll be doing

Liaising with landowners, occupiers and their representatives to arrange access for surveys and project activities.

Negotiating access and supporting the preparation of land agreements and consents.

Working with surveyors, project managers and other specialists to resolve access issues.

Keeping accurate records of landowner discussions, agreements and outstanding actions.

Supporting land assembly and consenting work across power and rail projects.
