Duties

Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Support clients in maintaining their independence by helping with mobility and household tasks

Develop and follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs and preferences

Use IT tools to update care records accurately and efficiently

Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Drive between clients’ homes or care facilities safely and responsibly to provide consistent support

Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times

Experience

Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle is highly desirable

Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

Basic IT skills for updating electronic care records and using communication devices

Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and team members

Knowledge of care plans, health & safety procedures, and safeguarding policies is advantageous
