Summary

Our client, a growing business within the telecommunications sector, is looking for a motivated and reliable

Warehouse Operative to join their busy operations team in Wisbech.

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Break: 1 Hour Break, 30 minutes Paid

What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Managing stock levels, inventory control, and supporting stock takes

Receiving deliveries and organising goods into the correct warehouse locations

Loading and unloading vehicles safely using manual handling techniques and lifting equipment

Supporting e-commerce fulfilment processes from start to finish

Scheduling shipments and maintaining shipping documentation

Updating records and reports using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications

Dismantling telecommunications equipment and preparing items for dispatch

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Providing general support to the warehouse and administration teams

Travelling to other sites when required

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is positive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous warehouse experience

Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)

Strong attention to detail

Experience with manual handling

Ability to manage workloads and work to deadlines

Full UK Driving Licence

FLT Counterbalance Licence
