Summary
As a Singe Point of Access GP within Worcestershires Integrated Urgent Care service, youll play a key role in ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time. Youll work within Practice Plus Group one of Englands largest independent providers of NHSfunded health care, known for delivering highquality, patientcentred services across urgent care, primary care, elective surgery and diagnostics. In this role, youll combine expert remote assessment with senior oversight, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe, effective patient flow and uphold the organisations values of care, compassion and continuous improvement. Shifts would be 08001400 and 1400-2000 Monday to Sunday from our base in Kings Court at Worcester Royal Hospital.
