Summary

Sheet Metal Worker

Job Location: Ferndown, Dorset

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour / £585 - £624 per week / £30,420 - £32,448 per annum

Plus, lots of overtime available at x1.5 (£24.00 per hour)

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.45pm & Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm

We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a busy manufacturing environment, producing high-quality precision components and working with a range of materials.

The role:

• Manufacture and assemble sheet metal components from engineering drawings.

• Cut, fold, form and finish components to specification.

• Operate sheet metal machinery and hand tools.

• Carry out drilling, tapping and countersinking.

Experience required:

• Previous sheet metal or fabrication experience.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Experience using sheet metal machinery and hand tools.
