Summary

Learning Support Assistant

Moore Teachers is working with an Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school that provides a nurturing and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to thrive academically and personally. The role:

Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil
Supporting a child currently in social care
Building a positive and consistent relationship to encourage engagement, confidence, and progress
Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
Be calm, resilient, and able to establish clear boundaries
Demonstrate a patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Be committed to supporting children to achieve their full potential
