Summary

The post holder will take responsibility for making a significant contribution to the clinical social work provision within CYPMHS South Hertfordshire. This will include active participation in referral processes, assessment, treatment planning and delivery, risk management, safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, care coordination, and contributing to multidisciplinary case discussions and service-related meetings. The successful candidate will be expected to provide consultation and advice to colleagues, students, and professionals working across partner services. They will support the ongoing development of social work practice within the team and contribute to service improvement initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the needs of children, young people, and their families.
