Summary

Report patient safety incidents in accordance with Trust policy and contribute to the investigation and learning process, including participation in Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) reviews relating to medical photography and imaging services where appropriate. Contribute to local quality improvement initiatives, service evaluations and clinical audits, supporting the monitoring, development and continuous improvement of medical photography services. Ensure compliance with Information Governance, data protection, confidentiality and consent requirements, maintaining the secure management, storage and transfer of clinical images and patient information in line with Trust policies and national standards. Promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement by identifying risks, sharing learning and supporting the implementation of service improvements within the department.
