Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced 360 Machine Driver to join our team for a short-term project in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional operator to contribute to a critical roadworks project. The role will last approximately 3-4 weeks and involves operating a 3.5-5 ton machine.

Responsibilities As a 360 Machine Driver, your key responsibilities will include:

- Operating a 3.5-5 ton machine efficiently and safely.

- Breaking out existing concrete as part of roadworks operations.

- Digging around live services with precision and care.

- Excavating for new services and ensuring proper backfilling.

- Assisting with kerbing and other related tasks as required.

- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on-site.

- Collaborating with the team to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A valid CPCS Card or NPORS certification for operating 360 machines.

- Proven experience operating 3.5-5 ton machines in a professional setting.

- A strong understanding of working around live services and roadworks.

- Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction environments.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Day-to-Day Your daily tasks will include:

- Conducting pre-operational checks on the machine to ensure it is in safe working condition.

- Operating the 360 machine to perform tasks such as breaking concrete, digging, and backfilling.

- Coordinating with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

- Reporting any issues or hazards to the site manager promptly.
