Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join a well-established car dealership in Walton on Thames on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to take on a leadership role within a reputable dealership, contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Duties of the Business Manager:

- Support and coach sales executives to meet individual and team targets

- Identify suitable funding, insurance, and finance options for customers, maintaining high standards of compliance

- Explain financial and insurance products accurately and in accordance with regulations

- Monitor finance and insurance performance to ensure objectives are met

- Assist in planning, forecasting, and developing dealership strategies

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

- Uphold the dealership’s standards of compliance and fair treatment of customers

Requirements of the Business Manager:

- Proven experience as a Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within the automotive industry

- Strong understanding of financial and insurance products, regulations, and compliance

- Excellent coaching and leadership skills

- Full UK driving licence

- Automotive industry experience is essential for this role
