What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to work in our Enhanced Provision Room. As a school we are looking to create a support staff team with a range of specialisms and experience. If you feel you have something special to share with our school, please apply!

We are looking for someone who:

• enjoys supporting all children including those with additional needs to reach their full potential.

• wants to be a part of a dynamic, friendly team, where you will work alongside the classroom teacher, adapting activities and teaching styles to meet the needs of individual children and small groups.

• support in providing a safe, nurturing environment, including class and corridor displays.

• promoting and modelling enthusiasm and resilience ensuring all pupils feel involved with tasks and activities.

• is willing to engage with all aspects of school life, parents and the wider community.

• wishes to work in an organisation with strong ethical values and is willing to work with us to ensure that The Elliot Foundation Values are embedded.
