Summary
Registered Nurse - RGN/RMN
Rotation of day and night shifts
Hourly Rate: £24.50

What We’re Looking For
Current
NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient, and committed to high standards of care
Previous experience in a care home, dementia care, or older adults’ nursing is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
Administer medications and monitor care plans in line with NMC standards
Lead and support care teams to deliver excellent standards of practice
Assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of residents in partnership with families and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents’ health
