Summary
We seek to appoint exam invigilators to cover exams throughout the year.Salary - Grade 3 (Hourly rate £13.46)General aim
• To ensure that all students are provided with a calm environment for their exams.
Specific Responsibilities
• Make sure the right candidates are in the right seats.
• Fill out the attendance register for each exam.
• Give out instructions and start/finish times.
• Ensure candidates are provided with the correct materials for each exam.
• Continually monitor the candidates to prevent unfair practice.
• Assist candidates with any queries they may have.
• Alert Exams Officer of any candidate malpractice.
General Responsibilities:
• To be aware of and respond appropriately to any health and safety issues, including fire alarm & fire drills.
• To work as part of a team and respond to colleagues in a positive and supportive manner.
