Summary

Hatherop Castle School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3. The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a pupil within Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENCo and parents to help the pupil access learning, develop confidence, build independence and make excellent progress across all areas of school life. This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or qualified teacher with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. Experience of supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including neurodiversity, would be advantageous. This is a term-time only position.
