Summary

We are looking for someone who: - Is a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. - Has significant post-registration experience, ideally within palliative care, oncology, community nursing or a related specialty. - Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Is confident working autonomously whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team. - Is someone who has critical thinking skills, uses initiative and is keen to stretch themselves each day. - Has a compassionate, patient-centred approach to care. - Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle for community visits.
