Summary
CNC Turner Programmer
Location: Havant, Hampshire
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday | Flextime
Pay: £18-£22ph
We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join an established precision engineering business in the Havant area.
The role involves programming, setting and operating Siemens-controlled 2–3 axis CNC turning machines, producing a varied range of small-batch, bespoke and precision components from small to large sizes.
Key Responsibilities
• Programme, set and operate CNC turning machines
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications
• Produce one-off and small-batch components
• Work to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Select tooling and optimise machining processes
• Machine a variety of materials including titanium, stainless steel and plastics
About You
• Previous CNC Turning / Programming experience
• Siemens control experience
• Confident setting and operating CNC lathes
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Good knowledge of tooling and machining processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
