WeareseekinganexperiencedandmotivatedCardiacPhysiologistwithexpertiseinCRMto support the delivery and development of our cardiac deviceservice.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillplayakeyroleinthefollow-up,assessment,andoptimisationofpatientswithimplantablecardiacdevices,includingpacemakers,ICDs,andCRTdevices,ensuringsafe,effective,andpatient-centredcare.
As a highly specialist practitioner, you will work closely with consultant cardiologists and the wider multidisciplinary team, contributing to service improvement, quality assurance,andthedeliveryofhigh-qualitydiagnosticandtherapeuticcardiacservices.TheroleoffersopportunitiestodevelopadvancedclinicalskillswhilesupportingagrowingandinnovativeCRMservice.

AsaHighlySpecialistCardiacPhysiologist(CRM), you will provide expert assessment, follow-up, and optimisation of patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices, including pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices. You willindependentlymanagecomplexdeviceclinics,identifyandrespondtodevice-relatedissuesandclinicallysignificantarrhythmias,andworkcloselywithconsultantcardiologistsandthewidermultidisciplinaryteamtoensuresafe,effective,andtimelypatientcare.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will play a key role in service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives, helping to shape and enhance the future delivery of Cardiac RhythmManagementservices.Responsibilitieswillalsoincludesupportingthetraining,supervision,anddevelopmentofjuniorstaffandtrainees,contributingtoapositivelearningenvironmentandmaintaininghighstandardsofpatient-centredcareacrosstheservice.
