Summary

In this role, your key responsibilities will include working closely with the Paediatric ENT Consultant team and the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT), you will provide expert clinical leadership, coordination of care, and specialist support for patients and their families across the care pathway. You will act as a key resource for colleagues, patients, and carers, helping to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered consistently. The post offers an exciting opportunity to influence service development, implement new ways of working, and contribute to improving patient outcomes and experiences. You will collaborate with a wide range of professionals across the organisation, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. The Paediatric ENT CNS will work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team and will report to the relevant Matron, while maintaining strong professional relationships with the Paediatric ENT Consultant team and wider clinical services. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse who is passionate about innovation, service development, and improving care for children and young people.
