Summary

The primary role of a Senior Clinical Support Worker is to assist, support and work in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and the wider multi-disciplinary team, in order to provide a safe and holistic approach to person centred care. The Senior Clinical Support Worker should actively contribute to the health and wellbeing of patients, staff and service users and be able to communicate effectively with sensitivity and compassion. Working independently within their sphere of nursing while under the supervision of the registered nurse.

GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or Level 2 Functional Skills for Maths and English.

If you hold overseas GCSE equivalent qualifications, you will need to bring an ECCTIS comparability statement for you GCSE equivalent qualifications along with your original certificate.
