East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor at our Colchester, Angora Park Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and be an essential member of one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Shop Manager, acting as Duty Manager in their absence. You’ll also help lead and inspire our amazing volunteer team, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.

Our Colchester, Angora Park shop is a lively part of the local community, based on Angora Business Park on the west side of Colchester. With stylish branded donations and quality pieces arriving all the time, it’s a fun, energetic charity retail environment where no two days are ever quite the same.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Shop Manager in achieving ambitious sales targets.

• Maintain high standards of display, presentation, and cleanliness.

• Promote Gift Aid and help grow our eCommerce presence.

• Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Recruit, train, and support volunteers in a positive and inclusive environment.

• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
