Summary
Providing Gentle, Dignified Care
Support individuals with personal care, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the night.
Monitoring and Reassurance
Carry out regular wellbeing checks, respond to needs promptly, and provide a calming presence during the night.

Maintain clear records and communicate any concerns to the day team – continuity of care matters.
