What you'll be doing
You'll work in a fast-paced environment where customer needs come first. This challenging role offers strong support to develop your skills and performance.
- Manage leads across multiple channels
- Deliver excellent customer service by evaluating needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve
- Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
- Work in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company's responsible lending and underwriting policies
- Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
Essential requirements
- Full CeMAP qualification or part qualification, desirable, the commitment to study and gain this qualification is essential (training packages provided)
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an advised sales role
- Proven track record of hitting key objectives in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work onsite in our Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week
