Summary

Business Support Coordinating Officer needed in Wenvoe, Cardiff

This is a temporary role and the rate is £13.90ph PAYE

The reference number is: OR117010

The successful candidate will provide efficient, accurate and proactive administrative support to the Development and Investment Service, ensuring the effective use, maintenance and integrity of the Housing Asset Management Database. They will import, update and monitor stock condition, servicing and asbestos data with a high level of accuracy, and produce clear, reliable information to support investment planning and option appraisals.

They will handle enquiries from tenants and service users, coordinating and monitoring work allocations and maintaining up‑to‑date records across spreadsheets, databases and specialist systems. They will manage all enquiries relating to disabled adaptations, carrying out suitability assessments in line with policy, corresponding with applicants, and working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists to determine needs and deliver minor adaptations appropriately.
