Summary

Ideal Candidate Profile

The manager is looking for a fully competent Housing Options Officer who can:

Manage cases from triage through to final homelessness decisions.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Housing Reduction Act (HRA).
Understand homelessness legislation, case law and the five homelessness tests.
Conduct investigations, complete assessments and draft decision letters independently.
Handle complex caseloads without significant training or support.
