Summary
We are looking for experienced carpenters to join the Maintenance Team within the University of Warwick Estates Department. The Carpenter (Fire Door/Fire Stopping Specialist) role provides statutory, planned and reactive maintenance of passive fire protection systems across the University campus to agreed KPIs within the Estates Service Statement. Based within the Building Fabric Fire Team, the post holder delivers reactive and planned maintenance carpentry, carrying out skilled planned preventative maintenance and bespoke carpentry/joinery, primarily relating to the inspection, repair, remediation and replacement of fire doors and the installation and maintenance of fire stopping systems.
