What does the day of a Housekeeper look like?

• To work individually and as part of a team, assisting the Service Manager / Senior Team provide a high standard of hospitality, cleaning and laundry within the home by maintaining an efficient, cost effective, clean hygienic working environment.

• Offer a safe, clean and stable environment for our residents.

• Comply with company processes and guidelines health & safety and infection prevention and control including equipment maintenance and cleaning

• Undertake tasks as designated in a professional manner, reflecting the values of Holmes Care Group in a person-centered way.

• Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff, and visitors by becoming an integral part of the team.

• Ensure the provision of a responsive, flexible domestic and laundry service to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction.
