Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supported Living Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership and support to our care team. The successful candidate will help ensure that individuals receive safe, person-centred and high-quality support that promotes independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include supervising and supporting staff, overseeing support plans and risk assessments, monitoring safeguarding and medication, maintaining accurate records, responding to incidents and concerns, supporting staff development, and working with families and other professionals. The role will also support quality, compliance, health and safety and inspection requirements.
