We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

The successful candidate will be based in Nelson and will be expected to work across various locations to meet the needs of the service.

Where: Nelson, Lancashire

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
