We are currently working with a welcoming primary school in Knowsley seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis .

This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 2, particularly through targeted interventions and in-class learning support, helping children to make strong academic progress and reach their full potential.

The Role

- Providing classroom support to pupils across Key Stage 2

- Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions in areas such as English, Reading, Phonics, and Maths

- Supporting pupils who may require additional academic support to close learning gaps

- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teachers

- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence in learning

- Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and productive learning environment

- Supporting pupils with varying abilities and learning needs
