Summary

About the role

We're looking for a Compliance & Risk Analyst - Quality Specialist to support regulatory compliance, fraud investigation and entity due diligence across several international markets. You'll work with to handle complex cases, and find ways to make manual processes faster and more accurate.

Key responsibilities

Carry out compliance audits to confirm adherence to regulatory requirements, and support enforcement decisions where standards aren't met.

Manage non-compliance enforcement from start to finish: process audit findings, issue formal communications and oversee remediation periods.

Track and verify entity changes, including legal name, ownership, shareholding, directorship and VAT registration, against government and third-party sources.

Investigate identity fraud by cross-referencing new profiles against flagged records.

Investigate claims and incidents using internal databases and data analysis, and compile evidence packages.

Spot process inefficiencies and design automated solutions using Excel, SQL and AI-assisted tools.

Prepare accurate compliance data and communications for stakeholders across multiple markets.

Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex cases.

Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and support colleagues in meeting productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

Experience in compliance, risk, fraud or due diligence operations.

Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (e.g. UK and EU).

Strong investigative judgment and attention to detail.

Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL.

A proven record of process improvement with measurable results.

Clear written communication, including formal regulatory correspondence.

Experience training or mentoring colleagues.

A degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as QuickSight.

Basic Python or experience designing AI-assisted workflows.

Working toward a compliance or data privacy qualification (e.g. ICA Certificate in Compliance, CIPP/E).
