Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to support their client in the delivery of building and construction projects from design through to completion. You will work with a range of clients across private, education and local authority properties. Contract is for 6 months in Salford M27 5DA.

Pay Rate: £21.51 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday

Key requirements:

BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience.

Experience delivering building projects from inception to completion.

Experience preparing specifications, tender documents and detailed designs.

Good knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM and Health & Safety.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Key responsibilities:

Carry out surveys, inspections, feasibility studies and detailed design work.

Develop project briefs, specifications and production information with clients.

Manage building projects, including budgets, contractors and programmes.

Administer building contracts and support the procurement of works.

Carry out defect, condition, dilapidation, DDA and other professional surveys.
