Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance - Gosport

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance to work with a leading manufacturing company in Gosport. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient flow of goods and ensuring high standards of safety and quality within the warehouse.

Shift Patterns:

* 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm rotating shifts on weekdays

* Training days will be 08:00 - 16:00

Pay Rates:

* 15.25 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance:

* Experience with Reach and/or Counterbalance FLTs

* A UK driving licence

Skills and Qualifications for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance:

* Relevant NVQ

* Qualified to GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English grade C or above

* A current Electrical Ride on Pallet Truck Certificate

* PC Literate

* Organised and proactive approach

* Flexible in terms of tasks undertaken

* Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships

* Capable of working on own and in a team

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance:

* Receive, handle and despatch goods safely and accurately

* Utilise the warehouse management system effectively

* Manage storage, handling, picking and locating of finished goods and raw materials

* Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety procedures
