Working closely with teaching staff and the wider inclusion team, you'll help foster a culture of high expectations, encourage student achievement, and make a real difference to the school community.Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for the next step, an aspiring teacher seeking valuable classroom experience, or an education professional who enjoys working with young people, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and impact students' success.We are looking for someone who has:Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational settingGood literacy and numeracy skills, evidenced by GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and MathsAchieved, or is working towards, an HLTA qualificationThe confidence to apply training and knowledge effectively within a classroom environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with studentsA calm, proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities Please read the full job description and person
