Summary

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will: Provide high-quality assessments and evidence-based psychosocial interventions for people experiencing mental health difficulties. Build trusting therapeutic relationships that promote recovery, resilience and independence. Develop collaborative care and risk management plans that reflect each person's strengths, goals and individual circumstances. Support individuals through periods of crisis, relapse and recovery, helping them access the right support at the right time. Work closely with families, carers, primary care services, voluntary sector organisations and a wide range of community partners. Contribute to clinical leadership within the team, offering supervision, guidance and support to colleagues where appropriate. Participate in service development, quality improvement initiatives, audit activity and team projects. Help create a positive, supportive and innovative team culture focused on delivering outstanding patient care.
