Summary
Luma Education Recruitment is a specialist education recruitment agency supporting schools and Alternative Provision settings across the UK with experienced teaching and support professionals.
We are looking for a passionate Part-Time Teacher / Tutor to support pupils within an established Alternative Provision setting in March, Cambridgeshire.
This is a great opportunity for a Teacher, Tutor, HLTA or experienced education professional looking for a rewarding morning role, with a genuine focus on pupil progress, engagement and building strong relationships.
The Role
You will deliver personalised education and tuition to pupils who may have SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs, adapting your teaching to their individual needs and helping them build confidence and make progress.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is passionate about improving pupil outcomes
Builds positive, trusting relationships with young people
Has experience in teaching, tutoring, SEND, SEMH or Alternative Provision
Can adapt learning to suit individual pupils
Is reliable, patient and consistent
Can work confidently and independently
Has access to a car and laptop
Can travel to March and surrounding areas
What’s on Offer?
£20–£35 per hour, depending on experience
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–12:00pm
