Summary

Luma Education Recruitment is a specialist education recruitment agency supporting schools and Alternative Provision settings across the UK with experienced teaching and support professionals.

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Tutor to support pupils within an established Alternative Provision setting in March, Cambridgeshire.

This role would suit an experienced Teacher, Tutor, HLTA or education professional who is passionate about pupil outcomes and building positive, trusting relationships with young people.

The Role

You will provide tailored education and tuition to pupils who may have SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs, adapting your approach to meet individual needs and helping pupils make meaningful progress.

The successful candidate will:

Be passionate about pupil progress, outcomes and engagement

Be confident building positive relationships with young people

Have experience in teaching, tutoring, SEND, SEMH or Alternative Provision

Be able to adapt learning to individual pupil needs

Be reliable, patient and committed to consistent support

Be comfortable working independently

Have access to a car and laptop

Be able to travel to March and surrounding areas
