This Outstanding CQC-rated, purpose-built nursing home provides high-quality nursing and dementia care for older adults in a beautiful, welcoming environment. They are now looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their dedicated night team. If you have previous nursing home experience and are passionate about delivering outstanding care, this is an excellent opportunity to join a service recognised for its exceptional standards.

Your Role

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the night.

• Administer medications and complete clinical assessments in accordance with NMC guidelines.

• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to changes in their condition.

• Develop and review person-centred care plans to meet residents' individual needs.

• Provide leadership and clinical support to the night care team.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.

• Promote a calm, safe, and reassuring environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.
