Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to become a
Lead Veterinary Surgeon / Practice Partner in Alloa.
This is more than a clinical leadership role. It offers the opportunity to take genuine ownership of an established practice, benefit from

About the Practice
The practice operates across
two adjacent sites, with a stable team of vets and support staff. It includes a dedicated
cat clinic with its own reception, consulting room and theatre, plus three consulting rooms and a theatre at the main site.
With the practice due for
rebranding, the successful Lead Veterinary Surgeon will have an exciting opportunity to shape its future, lead the team and drive local growth.
Who They're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be an experienced
Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon who is passionate about clinical care and excited by
leadership, practice ownership and business development.
They'll be motivated to:
• Deliver exceptional patient and client care
• Build and develop a successful veterinary practice
• Inspire and support the wider team
• Take ownership and make a genuine difference locally
Previous leadership experience isn't essential. Ambition, the right mindset and a desire to build something of their own are key. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
Location – Alloa
Alloa offers easy access to
Edinburgh and Glasgow (around 1 hour) and
Stirling (around 20 minutes), with excellent opportunities for hiking, skiing and exploring the Scottish countryside.
