Summary

Installation Co-Ordinator | Knowsley, Liverpool | Full Time | 18-Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover | £29,000 per annum

The Role

We are looking for an Installation Co-Ordinator to join the team at Blok N Mesh on an 18-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will assist the Installation team with booking work on to site and liaising with the field team and sub-contractors to ensure all orders are carried out on time. The role will also include general administrative duties for the department and liaising with others across the business.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Contracts Manager in coordinating all works to ensure successful completion

• Arrange plant and material deliveries

• Select in-house and subcontract labour to perform works

• Liaise with other departments including transport, compliance, sales and admin

• Book works in with sites and act as a point of contact for the duration of works

• Ensure all relevant information is collated and submitted on time

• Carry out general administrative duties

Requirements

Essential

• Excellent telephone manners

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Desirable

• Experience within construction, engineering, property or related industries

• IOSH Managing Safely
