Summary

About you We're looking for an experienced finance leader who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You'll have: CCAB or CIMA professional qualification with current membership of a recognised professional body. Significant post-qualification experience in financial management within a complex organisation. Extensive knowledge of NHS finance, financial governance and healthcare policy. Experience of budget setting, financial planning and forecasting. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. Strong communication and influencing skills, including experience of presenting financial information to senior stakeholders. The ability to build productive relationships across organisational boundaries. A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement. Working arrangements The role is based at County Hall, Leicester, with hybrid working available. Regular travel across the East Midlands is required, including visits to provider Trusts, Integrated Care Boards and regional meetings. The successful candidate must be able to travel independently throughout the region.
