Registered Service Manager – Learning Disabilities & Mental Health
Salary: £30,000–£40,000+ per annum, depending on experience
Full-time | Newly Opening Residential Service
We are looking for an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead and develop a brand-new residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to take the lead in establishing a new service, developing a strong team, and ensuring the highest standards of care and support from day one.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager/Service Manager within a residential care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in commissioning or opening a new service would be highly advantageous.
• A proactive approach and the ability to build and develop a high-quality service.
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 depending on skills and experience, with flexibility to offer a higher salary for the right candidate.
