We are looking for dedicated individuals to join the organisation as Assistant Educational Psychologists and be a part of our multi-disciplinary team. As an Assistant Educational Psychologist you will be committed to having a proactive approach to developing enabling learning environments for the people we support. You will make a key contribution to providing effective person-centred positive behaviour support. About the role

We are recruiting for Assistant Educational Psychologists to join our Educational Psychology team based in Lincolnshire. You will receive supervision from the Educational Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners and report to the Educational Support Manager.

You will provide a service to the young people at our school sites located in Swinderby village and Friesthorpe village. You will support individuals to develop skills to enable them to become more independent and able to live a lifestyle of their choosing. The role will involve supporting assessment work and implementing interventions under the supervision of the Educational Psychologist. You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with young people and every day you will be able to see the impact that your support has on their learning and quality of life.
