The ideal PA will have an understanding of autism and the impact of burnout, be emotionally resilient, and recognise the importance of building trust at the individual's pace. Above all, we're looking for someone who can provide consistent encouragement and help create a safe, supportive environment where confidence and independence can grow.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to someone's quality of life, supporting them to become more involved in their community, achieve personal goals and live with greater independence.
