Head Chef – Luxury Nursing Home

Up to £34,320 | Full-Time (40 Hours)

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team within a luxury care home setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, well-balanced meals tailored to residents’ needs.

Plan, prepare, and cook menus with consideration for dietary requirements, food textures, allergies, and cultural preferences.

Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest standards of flavour, nutrition, and presentation.

Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards in line with regulations.

Manage stock levels, budgets, and suppliers effectively.

Support and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
